Our 60-minute video coaching sessions are the core of the process. Building on each session, ​we'll systematically work through your goals. I'll provide support, accountability, and an outside perspective.​

As we near the end, we'll review your progress and establish next steps. I'll help you create a development plan to continue growing after coaching ends. We'll celebrate your accomplishments and discuss sustaining momentum.
